I just found out about this group buy over at HKPro forum. If you want one, you need to hurry. The deadline to sign up is Dec 24th. The suppressor will cost $825, plus tax.

There is one on Gunbroker right now, with multiple bids, much higher than $825, and it still has 8 days to go. Buy it now is set at $1600. So, $825 looks like a great price.

I have a MK23, but I want a .45 suppressor that would work on multiple hosts. I'm afraid this B&T suppressor is too specific to the MK23 and won't be a good fit on my USP45, FNX45T, etc... I'm not sure that B&T offers other boosters for this Mk23 suppressor. Anybody know for sure?

Sounds like you need an osprey45

Octane 45 or octane 45k work great and you can find them a lot cheaper than $8xx

Thank you for bringing this up. I just spent the last 30min looking at 45 suppressors online. So far, the Octane 45 looks to be better than the Osprey 45, to me. Octane is full auto rated, works on 9, 45, 10mm, and 300blk, and it looks cheaper. I also like that it's not sealed, so I can clean it whenever I want (even if it doesn't need it).

Well dang... I just saw Rugged Obsidian 45... Maybe I need that one for all my full auto belt fed weapons... Oh, what to do, what to do?

From the link provided, “Feel free to inform others of this group buy, but participation is limited to members of the forum.”

I have a a rugged obsidian 45 as well. Octane for the price. Rugged for the customer service.

I shoot an obsidian 45 on my mark 23 and can tell you it is THE best can for that platform. Over the years I have tried tons of other 45 cans on that pistol and the obsidian is the best. Hands down. Quietest by far and no gas issues at all. This combo made me a rugged fan for life.

All this being said, a can with Mk23Socom on it would be cool and I am now tempted to buy one solely for that reason
Yeah, the B&T website says that the b&t Mk23 can was built specifically for that platform and it shipped with all Mk23s that went to specops units outside the USA. Seals got a Mk23 shipped with a KAC can.

Yesterday, I bought a Rugged Obsidian 45 can... Can't wait to find out how long the wait is...
