If you were going to buy a dedicated 9mm can for a CZ Scorpion Evo 1 pistol which would you buy?

Unfortunately, he's wrong on this one. I'd do a form 1 can just like @BigWaylon did. Get it in your hands quicker and cheaper. So you can either listen to @BigWaylon's advice or take mine and do what @BigWaylon did and build a form 1 can.If money didn’t matter, probably a Dead Air Wolfman...but I think they’re backordered at the moment (Dead Air went with a new manufacturer in the last month or two)
If money did, but the wait didn’t, I’d probably wait on the YHM R9, due out in the middle of 2020
If price and wait are important, the Rex Silentium MG7-358 looks like it’s available today for a fair price
Just one.Hey @BigWaylon, how many alerts did you just get off my 1 post?
Im waiting on a Wolf 9sd for the same purpose. Thats what the Wolf 9sd or the newer version of it..aka Wolfman was made for...sub guns and pcc. The reviews on these are very good. I should have it anyyyyy day now as its been just over a year. I will give some feedback on this soon hopefully! If you were going to buy a dedicated 9mm can for a CZ Scorpion Evo 1 pistol which would you buy?
I'd love a wolfman... But isn't it about $800?Im waiting on a Wolf 9sd for the same purpose. Thats what the Wolf 9sd or the newer version of it..aka Wolfman was made for...sub guns and pcc. I don't get the move towards sealed cans for pistol calibers. I understand that they're also rated for certain rifle calibers but just buy a rifle can because in 5 years the boards will full of "how do I clean my Wolfman" threads.

I like my Omega 9K but SiCo won't get another dollar from me. I have it on my SBR Scorpion with a trilug setup and it seems pretty awesome.I've shot the omega 9k on that setup. Works quite nicely, and if you have the flashcan handguard fits underthe handguard all awsome like.
But dead air products are solid, and a bit newer in design I feel. You pretty much can't kill the one bigwaylon suggested. One thing that has been mentioned though is that if you shoot hardcast lead, or bullets with exposed lead in general you are likely to want a can you can take apart. Same goes if you like the tula or other Russian ammo.

Uh no you can't, an USC doesn't work worth a damn on a sealed can.You can clean a sealed can with a cheap ultrasonic cleaner (unless it's aluminum) or "the dip". Just make sure you dispose of the waste properly (check local laws and waste management resources).

I still think the CGS Mod9 SK that can be had for under $400 right now is the deal to beat. It's damn good looking too.

Now you just need to find somewhere to shoot it.Finally pulled the trigger on a Rugged Osidian 9 in FDE. I already have a rugged Razor Supressor in .223/5.56 and I am very happy with its performance so far.

There’s zero difference in a trust and individual submission as far as time goes. I don’t even send in a copy of my trust, so there’s nothing to check. They run a BGC on one person, me, just like if I was submitting as an individual.Sounds like it was done using a trust -- is that accurate/correct? Asking because the LGS I frequent just reported 5 of them that came back in 5 months, but all stamps were tied to individuals (i.e. not trusts). (Trusts take longer due to ATF-41F. It would be so much simpler and faster if we could list our concealed carry license numbers and have the federal government cross-check the state databases against that for ATF-41F purposes ... at least if all trustees are CCW holders. But, alas, that would be logical, efficient, and make sense -- can't have our government do anything that is logical, efficient, and makes sense, can we?)
I'm convinced its its how they cut the pile of forms. Here you get this stack and you over there gets this stack. There’s zero difference in a trust and individual submission as far as time goes. The variance is simply the fact it’s not FIFO. I’ve seen multiple trust approvals from Aug and Sep already come back.
That’s absolutely the case. They’re just sitting in boxes in the hallway and storage rooms. And two forms that came in back-to-back end up being the first form on somebody’s stack and the last form in another’s stack.I'm convinced its its how they cut the pile of forms. Per ATF-41F, all responsible persons of such trusts must complete ATF form 5320.23, National Firearms Act Responsible Person Questionnaire and submit photographs and fingerprints when the trust is listed as the transferee on an application to transfer an NFA firearm. Thereafter, if no changes have been made in the last two years, responsible persons need not submit this again within that period as I understand it.There’s zero difference in a trust and individual submission as far as time goes.
