Some take-aways from the FAQ:

In case you want to snitch:
How do I report a violation of this order? Call 3-1-1 or visit the City of Charlotte’s website – see the COVID-19 updates page

Does not apply to the homeless:
Does this order apply to the homeless? No – homeless are exempt from this restriction but are urged to find shelter.

Wonder what’s going to happen on thru-traffic on 85 & 77 on even 74?

I spent 85% of my life in some corner of either Wake or Mecklenburg county.

Kinda hate we just bought a house in the past year my wife and I really like. Wonder how much it would cost to move it a few miles down 55 or 401 into Harnett county?

I know a guy....
It's the craziest thing to watch them cut up a house and move it.

Tell him he can buy one now, and give him a price if you can spare one. If it’s not important enough for him to buy one now he doesn’t want or need it bad enough.

I have a dream...

It would be interesting if rural folks were able (somehow - this is the dream part) to pick up and move county lines? Eventually, you would find cities (and smaller towns, if their governing folks are anti-freedom) living in counties whose borders ended at the city limits...and the free folks all living outside of that.

Then you have to move it up to the state level.

@fieldgrade Ya know, your old home place is looking a bit vacant as of late. I certainly wouldn't turn down a new shooting and wrenching partner living down the rd.
No Taylors living in the home place any longer?

I know where that has actually been done, some years back. A certain person lived in the next county on a dirt road, about 50 yards or so from the county line according to the sign by the side of the road. His neighboring county was going to pave the road to the county line. So one night before paving started he went and moved the sign post past his driveway. Paving was completed up to the sign and stopped.

Entire road has since been paved but the county line sign is still where it was moved to.
