Vietnam war movie about Australians in Vietnam. I’m embarrassed to say that I never knew they were Australians in country supporting the US fight during the war.

pretty good movie, held my attention fairly well. One or two overly cliché moments but all in all it was a really decent movie. You guys might want to check it out.

Australia has fought with us in every significant conflict we've been in since WWI.

ETA: significant is not my word. I'd heard it before and when I just searched to be sure IIRC, that's the state dept's words.

it was pretty much over by the time I was born, and I will admit my education on the subject was from public school and movies.
