The first sentence Of the article says it all...anyone surprised???

“Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the high court’s liberal justices to rule against a California church seeking to overturn Gov. Gavin Newsom's limits on church attendance.”

Decision handed down just before midnight last night with little coverage due to the riots! o_O I’ve not even seen anything on the “news scrollers” on any channel I’ve watched this morning.

No surprise there. The fundamental failure of the feral judicial system is nowhere better demonstrated than in the unconstitutional actions of the USSC. [imo]

I don’t think they could do differently, to do so would open up things like exemption of churches from fire codes and other ordinances. The church body is likely free to do as it wishes, but the government controls the physical structure.

I admit that I haven’t read the article.

In the beginning of Christianity, there were no churches. People met in homes and in small groups. It looks like we are headed there again and it is not necessarily a bad thing. If RGB retires, and we get another conservative justice just maybe the the Supreme Court can return to a more conservative majority.

He certainly f'd up my health insurance to the point it's just an expensive catastrophic care plan. Used to have a sweet co-pay plan. Can't even afford to see a doctor now unless I'm at deaths door.
