I bought one of the first CZ Scorpions to hit the market, have many mags for it, and the mags work great. I bought an SP9A3 and noticed that there are 2 options for Scorpion mag lowers.
A3 Tactical polymer $199
Lingle aluminum $357
Both take AR grips & safety, include oversized mag release & ambi LRBHO, and require an aftermarket AR trigger with a narrow hammer, since a mil spec hammer is too wide.
Each has their minor exceptions such as Lingle requires use of the HBI buffer spacer and A3 will not work with CMC triggers for some reason.
The $199 A3 lower is pretty easy to justify simply based on the cost of mags, and I don’t mind polymer at all, so I’m leaning that way.
Does anyone have experience with one or the other?
