Would consider a Ruger Vaquero but expecting a Uberti/Pietta/Taylor’s. Really hoping for .357 and Nickel/Stainless.What brand are you looking for?
Mine too. I do remember a small pawn/gun shop in Mooresville called “The Aisle” but the it has been a couple years since I’ve been in there and their prices weren’t great.Total crapshoot in my experience.

Ok. I may have to run by there one day this week and see what they’ve got now.Aisle Pawn Shop
If by prices you mean what you see on the tags, ignore them. It’s a wheel-and-deal kind of place.
Do it. Don't be afraid of offering to buy for $.Ok. I may have to run by there one day this week and see what they’ve got now.
Not to derail this, but is this place skeezy or safe? I've driven by plenty of times, but I've never stopped.Beltway Pawn in Matthews always seems to have a bunch of revolvers, but I don’t recall seeing a single action in there.

It was always safe when I lived in Charlotte a few years ago, but I felt like their prices were generally ludicrous. Not to derail this, but is this place skeezy or safe? I've driven by plenty of times, but I've never stopped.
Yeah, they try to match Hyatt’s for sure. Be prepared to walk out.It was always safe when I lived in Charlotte a few years ago, but I felt like their prices were generally ludicrous.
I went in there many times several years ago (back when Guitar Center was nearby) and it looks rough from the outside but is OK inside. Not to derail this, but is this place skeezy or safe? I've driven by plenty of times, but I've never stopped.
Your recollection of the exterior appearance is still accurate. Thanks for the confirmation.I went in there many times several years ago (back when Guitar Center was nearby) and it looks rough from the outside but is OK inside.
I looked on Hyatt's website and they appeared to only have one or two SAA pistols...I'll give them a try.
Funny. I called Hyatts and the guy told me that had Zero SAA pistols but did have many more modern revolvers.Your recollection of the exterior appearance is still accurate. Thanks for the confirmation.
I was in Hyatt's last week. They had some old revolvers in the case all the way to the back off to the left.
I have several times but it has been a few years. They were always stocked well with new and used firearms. The staff was generally helpful.Any of you guys been in Carolina Sporting Arms down on (8055) South Blvd ??
Drive 1 1/2 to 2 hours east to Midsouth Guns in Wagram. I promise it’s worth the ride just to look around and he has a nice Collection of SA’s especially Colts. Plan on staying a couple of hours if you want to look at everything. You can find $50 guns to $50k guns.I know they have Uberti at Bass Pro. It can anyone recommend a shop with more than 1 or 2 Single Action 1873’s for sale?
"do a lot of tuning for SASS"......If you are willing to drive an hour, up to Lexington, “The Gun Store” has a large selection of SAA’s new and used. Uberti, Pietta, Ruger, and also black powder versions and and conversions like the Uberti 1851 Colt with cartridge cylinder ala the Good the Bad and the Ugly.
I do a lot of tuning for SASS, for them, so they keep,a large selection in stock, at all times.
Not if I can help it. Lol"do a lot of tuning for SASS"......
hmmmm You ever work on Uberti Schofields?
Thanks for the advice. I think the only thing I'll do to 'em is sell 'em.Not if I can help it. Lol
Actually, it is a pretty weak action, and putting any pressure on the trigger, as it is cocked, is enough to break the action. I can work on it, but I recommend not doing much to them.
