Pulling the babies up ain't no fun. you can have that job, did a few with my father
long ago, his was 180' deep, 20' at a time Plastic pipe, not one long piece, 20' pieces
deepest was 510' galvanized, 20' chunks, man that water is "cold" when you undo those
couplings. even in 80 degree summer heat. Hated that job. couldnot get to the well cause
all the crap around it, so scaffolding, chain hoist, worst was when a plumber "lost"
the pump, wire, some pipe down the hole, he couldn't get it out with his truck, the hole
when drilled at a bad angle, basically where the top was the bottom was about 20-30
feet away, we eventually got it out. my father and his DIY welding thing a ma bob, tool
hooked the wire pulled some up as much as we could, then went "fishing "for the pump
and rest of pipe.. was a long..long..day
