You got it man. Prayers for a full recovery.

Heard and done from across Castle Bridge. My wife had brain surgery in 1999 that cured her of epilepsy she'd had since 8 years old. Prior to that, we had an extremely stressful couple of months with greatly increased seizures, a car wreck, a few hospital visits, and feeling helpless while neurologists kept juggling meds trying to find her the best ones in the best combination for her, which never really happened. We spent two weeks in Wake Forest but Dr. Cormac O'Donovan and surgeon Dr. Steven Glazier "fixed" her. She is a walking miracle of God and the story is even better in detail. Take the pain as best you can, one day at a time. I won't say 100% your situation will get better but we are a STRONG vote in the "It's Worth It" column... đź‘Ť

Pretty amazing that you posted the same day, after having surgery of that magnitude and being on the table that long.đź‘Ť

Sounds like it was very serious but was successful surgery. Take care of yourself and relax. Best wishes in the healing process.

I went yesterday for a brain catheterization and if it needed it block off a vein that was attached to a artery.
Supposed to be a minor procedure to help stop the facial neuralgia I've had
But when the surgeon got in my head he found way more damage than he was expecting.
He found fluid built up in the back of my brain and the vein attached to the artery was like wet tissue.
Ready to rupture
The surgeon told my wife's I was a lucky man.

So now I have a couple of stents in my Brain
Yesterday the pain behind my eyes in my skull was terrible.
I'm in neuro icu for a couple days I'm typing this at 3.10 am and today I feel better.
My wife said God's not through with me yet
I don't know what his plan is for me but I thank him for this extra time
Edit. I'd also like to thank everyone for their prayers when people are praying for you it gives you a confidence that everything going to be alright

S4f:

Woke up at 320 AM and cant sleep (for some reason I can't sleep the last two nights) and recalled this among many other things (guns, weather, work, etc.) Continued to pray for you and was glad to see this follow up. The two lines in your last post say it all. Big words for you to grasp and for anyone reading. Thank you for posting, and I hope you quickly mend.

Praying for you.
