I tried warning everyone I knew about it. Antibody Dependent Enhancement, Original Antigenic Sin, all of it. Nobody outside my immediate family listened.
Grandpa now has booster induced dementia, other grandpa suffered from vascular erosion and paired with GERD, he popped a upper GI bleed while he was asleep and drowned in his own blood. Friend's dad got diagnosed with terminal brain cancer recently.
I know 5 people under 30 who have come down with assorted leukemias and lymphomas just in the past year.
Neighbors are dropping like flies from cancers and heart attacks.
One of my contractors had a heart attack and died 16 hours after getting it.
Another contractor got diagnosed with rapid onset cancer and was dead in a month at 24, left behind a wife and kid. Another friend's wife got it to go to a convention and now she can't conceive.
My best friend from high school got it to stay in the Navy, and he ended up with extremely severe myocarditis. 90% fatal in 10 years for a mild case. Statistically, whether or not he lives to see his brand new baby turn three is a coin flip at best.
When my father randomly passed out while we were at an event down town (he overheated), a young girl of maybe 20 who was on the on-site ambulance crew had a breakdown and started crying when his EKG came back fine. It was 1pm and they'd already run three cardiac arrest calls that day with two deaths. County of 20-something thousand people by the way.
My uncle's a paramedic of 26 years and he's saying there's a couple to a few hundred heart attack calls a day in Greenville alone. Absolutely terrible. Hate it.
I'm currently in my mid-late 20's and every woman I've come across has gotten it, the dating market's more or less screwed because because it is transmissable to a degree through what we'll call "biological processes" and I refuse to take the risk.
The next 5 years are gonna be hell for humans as a species, especially first world whites. I genuinely worry about long term population stability and overall geopolitical stability. The singular silver lining is that assuming everyone who took it is screwed, the only ones left after the population bottleneck are gonna be the most ornery, industrious, prickly SOB's around, and they won't forget.
I just pray I'm wrong about it all. I haven't been wrong so far though, and that scares me.
