NC USPSA Section Match 2018

Well I guess I'll risk the surface, although I am certain that you guys are right. I'll see those of you that are shooting the match, presuming that I am accepted as staff.

Alright lets go, get signed up.

Squad 1 Friday AM

Well I was thinking about Limited, but I'm not sure there's enough heat to bother...
Can the breakdown possibly be right?

I might shoot revolver division, but I registered in single stack division. I would really like to shoot revolver, but with more than just overall being recognized for awards. The numbers are just not there for more yet, and I have to consider that several revolver participants will be using 8 shot revolvers. I currently use a 6 shot, and the major vs minor scoring does not really balance things.

The GM numbers are wrong. Staff and sponsored spots are held with limited GM. So until those individuals update registration it will be wrong.

I was actually wondering if that might be the case. Otherwise had to be something really wild going on to have more than the '17 Limited Nats did.

I'll be there on Saturday with the camera. If you're shooting that day and want me to try to get a few pictures of you, let me know!

If you could get my good side, and with the slimming lens I would appreciate it. Don't expect any "cool" action shots as I will be working the match Saturday, and possibly not recovered from shooting Thursday then working the match Friday.

So go to full capacity and shoot limited :)

That requires a basic change in stage planning (which is not a tremendous hurdle I know), but switching from Production to L10 might be a bit simpler.

Personally having shot Revolver Division for the majority of my time (and more recently Single Stack), I have found it more challenging to break down stages with 10, 8, or 6 rounds. It is impressive what shooters in Limited & Open Divisions can do on/to a stage, but I have never been drawn to those divisions. To each his own...

The reason to shoot L10 in a "free state" is the same reason you shoot any other division, because you want to... ;)

If you want the challenge of shooting a 10-rd division then shoot production. 40cal is allowed there.

L10 is a waste of resources.
