Ha! Yes, I have both of these in my music library. Just noticed the similarity.
[For those not familiar, Kane Brown is a new country artist. Very good. In fact his first (label) album features duets from some more well know names. Check him out on Youtube if you haven't heard of him.]

Neither Kane Brown nor Florida Geaorgia Line are country. That’s pop country. Or just pop. Or hip hop for people who are afraid of black people.
We all have an opinion but doesn’t mean we are right. Lol

The pop hippity hop crap they’re pitching as Country caused me to turn the radio off years ago. What ‘country’ artists can you see today? I’
- Chris Stapleton
- Jamey Johnson
- Trace Atkins
- Vince Gill

Can’t stand Nashville “bro country”. Kane Brown and FGL definitely fall into that category. Hot garbage is what it is.

Turnpike Troubadours
Roger Creager
Kevin Fowler

Those are good country bands.

Here's some REAL country for you fellas:

Hahahahaha.

Every time this comes on the radio I want to smash something, preferably this dudes face. Seriously, it pisses me off so much.

"somthin' about a; truck, John Dear, Bud Lite, mud, fishing, shotgun, mama" etc.
I wonder if a station would do well that actually played new and old country music. The problem would be getting the word out, so many folk stopped turning the radio on years ago.

And yes, I know it's Deere.

Florida Georgia Line sucks. As do most of these "country" guys that don't even know what country means.
Yet they do encourage shooting... straight up in the air.

I'd like to add Whitey Morgan and Cody Jinks to the list of newer artists that make good music.

And tight jeans.

Plenty of compilation videos on YT showing the same lyrics across 10-15 different singers.

And just like AR components, there’s only a handful of writers in Nashville so the lack of thoughtful diversity starts there.

Then one of those writers, who has mediocre to middling singing talent comes out with their own song and it's a bonafide hit lol. The swamp of Nashville.
