Sooooo it says I dont have an audio driver installed. I dont know what the hell happened, I had it on Sunday, noticed yesterday it wasnt there and today Im realizing it's a PITA

How to fix?????
 
Use the time machine to reset the computer to the last backup when it did work.

Sorry, that was the wrong tech support answer... Did you turn it off then on?

Run a check for updates. If you need to DL the driver you will need to know what sound card you have. What kind of computer? Apple has a way to boot to safe mode and scan the disk for problems. It usually repairs them if it finds broken codes, programs, etc. Might be worth running a virus scan if you have one, or Malwarebytes to see if you have a virus, adware, etc.
 
its a hp laptop, I dont have a virus protector on it, I just got it and the trial period ended recently.

I did try restarting it with no luck
 
Windows what? Try system restore to last week.

Yep, I just had this happen to my HP laptop for the second time Thursday.

You will need to download the Audio drivers again (~250Mb). This will get you to the drivers you need:
