I've been shooting the G19 for a while, and have noticed something that might be a disadvantage in competitions. (No, not the sights, and not the trigger...those are fine so far!)
When I hit the button to release the magazine, I have to get a different grip on the gun in order to reach and press it. I've tried stretching my thumb around to it, but I can't do it and keep my grip.
Is there a remedy for this? Will I just have to basically lay the gun across my hand to release a magazine with my right hand, or even use my left thumb to do it? That won't be good in a match, when trying to get another magazine out and ready to go!! LOL. (I have to change my grip with the 1911 9mm as well.)
I'm sure you guys will have some info for me, as you always do! Thanks in advance.
If this has already been covered somewhere, I must have missed it.
