I guess the gloves are off now.

The decision was announced on Thursday, a month after President Donald Trump floated the idea of shipping undocumented immigrants to sanctuary cities that limit their cooperation with federal immigration enforcement. |

Immigration and Border Patrol spokesperson Kaitlyn Pote referred questions to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, which did not respond to requests for comment.

Rubio said the counties will be getting a big influx of undocumented immigrants from the border.

“Unlawful arrivals are overwhelming our system,” Rubio wrote on Twitter. “Now I have just been informed by #PalmBeach Sheriff that starting next week Border Patrol will begin transporting 500 migrants a month from border to #Broward & PalmBeach #Florida, & releasing them pending an asylum hearing.”

While i like this, we should be dropping them back into Mexico, beef up border security and start building some damn walls. Stop letting them in, period. Those democratic strongholds will just ship them somewhere else, probably after giving them driver's licenses and SS cards. smh.

Will the walls around these Democrat strongholds be cheaper to build? Or can we micro chip these criminals to make sure they stay put?

The thing about migrants is... they migrate.
That’s what always surprised me about the number of homeless in the north...why haven’t they migrated south to escape the cold?

Winston-Salem called themselves a migrant friendly community to avoid being called a sanctuary city. It is what it is...a sanctuary city/county. I have horses so I stopped by Tractor Supply to pick up some items. I couldn't find any large carts, so I went looking for one. ALL the carts were being used by illegals and their families (more than one family). They were FULL of supplies for raising and feeding chickens. NONE were speaking English and their kids were crawling all over bags of horse feed. The chicks and the display area that were there several weeks before had long been taken down, but guess what! They were magically restocked with many peeping chicks and feed! The next weekend it was all gone again. The release has been going on in my opinion...we are just now being told about it. Migrants migrate...they don't stay put.

Wonder where the 500 a month will come from? In all seriousness I’m betting ICE and such can round up 500 a month in Florida alone. Sounds like they won’t really be “importing” them from other states ... just kinda “catch-n-release” in those southern territories.

Time for them to get a real incentive to return home.
I truly believe that the migration from the south has not been self motivated. In other words, I do not believe that this massive migration is chance, but rather an orchestrated event coordinated by those that want it to happen. It's like trying to shoot the cattle in a stampede, when you should be looking at the people driving the stampede.

Just my opinion.

You are right on @georgel. There are groups in this country who are financially backing these migrations and at one point they were getting help from the Mexican government and the Mexican people. I have heard that the Mexican people have gotten a little tired of helping them with food and supplies that they really don’t have to give though. They are also being instructed how to use our systems (welfare, food stamps, drivers license, housing, schooling and medical) and what to say once they get here (asylum/relatives live here).
This won’t stop till we catch and immediately return them to their country but unfortunately our laws would need to be changed to accomplish this and with Dems and Rhinos this is not going to happen.

As I was getting ready to leave the hotel in Austin Tx yesterday, there was some federal attorney conference of some sort going on. Outside of it, they had a booth with a guy advertising “immigration bonds”. I wished someone would chain him to the back of their truck.

How did you know they were illegals?
For a group that prides itself on being observant, all-of-a-sudden we're not allowed to be observant.
"How do you know that guy is illegal as hell?"
Well, other than a neon sign over his head saying illegal as hell, every other thing about him says so.
Just a guess.
Sorry. I refuse to play the politically correct games of illusion regardless of the finger-pointing and shaming others would thrust upon me.

... ok lol

When I worked at a gun store a trio of men came in asking for .45 ammo. I asked them what KIND of .45 ammo do you want? After hearing them rattle off in Spanish, it was evident they had no clue. I then asked if they were American citizens. Ahhh, no. I explained that it was illegal for them to possess, and for me to sell ammunition (for an illegally owned firearm) to someone that was not a US citizen. That's the law. All I had to do was ASK them. Some of them are dumb enough to answer. I wasn't going to sell it to them anyway....

No I don't believe they migrate the way they once did. When they made it easier for people to apply for welfare type benefits these migrants were smart enough to know when to stay put. Yes at some point they were more nomadic moving from job site to job site, but once they opened up the government they started settling down.

While an assistant manager at store, I once declined to sell ammo to a guy that was drunk and angry. When the store manager came to me about it, I told him the guy was, drunk, angry and appeared ready to kill someone. I was in legal rights to decline the sale and did he want to be responsible for the outcome if we sold it to him. He agreed and sent the customer away. Not related to migrants, just refusal of a sale

Why would you drop Hondurans, Guatemalans, El Salvadorians, Somali, Nigerian, Egyptians, Cape Verdean, Ethiopian, Ghanaian, South African, Moroccan, Kenyan, Sudanese, Congolese, Tunisian, Algerian, Cameroonian, Senegalese, Ugandan, Gambian, Guinean, Libyan, Malian, Tanzanian, and Rwandan immigrants "back into Mexico"?

Mexicans usually make for excellent additions to the USA, as their morals, ethics, and worldview often match what "Americans" once were before we got soft and cynical.

In fact, if Columbus had managed to secure funding from Spain instead of the Puritanical English, "American food" would now be a lot better, and we'd be having way more fun. :D

Mexican "morals and ethics" are the reason they are fleeing their uber-corrupt sh**hole in record numbers.

Perhaps. I'd say Universal Politician "morals and ethics" is more likely though. IMO The only reason the USA has not quite yet descended as far into the uber-corrupt cesspool status that Mexico has is our Constitution ...it's conception Guided by the Hand of God, as some say.

heard an interview on WFDD (flame on) with mayor of Broward County....
130 per week was reported number..
his bitch was no funding...
and in the interview discussion was raised if he thought this was politically motivated..
i just said to myself........ duhhhhhhhhhh ....
Broward Mayor's main complaint was no funding to accompany the shipment....

I'm also like.............. stop ........ turn them all away at the border, but there is still no 'good' solution.

I guess none of these mayors think it's a problem for El Paso to just keep them all?

Yes, there are a lot of nationalities coming across, but I only say Mexico because they are coming through Mexico and Mexico is letting (possibly even helping) them through to get into the US. They should be stopping them all at their southern border and/or ports. If they can show the same problem on our northern border, which I personally think there is more up there than we are paying attention too, I'd say drop them back in Canada too! :p

I thought the southern tip of Florida was mostly Cubans anyway...... Miami.... AKA Cuba USA.

Show me what "legal rights" you were in to decline the sale besides the "refuse sale to anyone".

This was back in the '70's. I think we were still logging ID's for ammo sales back then. There was a dram shop type provision that allowed you to decline a sale if the buyer was inebriated or otherwise demonstrated they might do harm to themselves or others. I don't remember the chapter and verse. As a manager, I was required to read the regulations cover to cover.
