How about some quality match grade 223 ammo @Butter :D

I tried Hornady/Frontier 75gr hoping at 40cpr (since my handload match rounds are like 39cpr) and 2750fps from my 16” barrel that would be a winner. The bullet profile is not the same as the regular loose Hornady 75gr for reloading and it shot like craaaaaaaap in my 1:7 barrels. Much shorter driving band and sharper ogive profile. Still want to test my 1:8 Shilen but I’m not hopeful and I don’t want to stock an ammo that doesn’t work at least decent in all my rifles

So, long story short. If you made an MOA .223/5.56 heavy pill round that was reasonably priced, I’d be in it for my match ammo

Well, this isn't good news at all.

Ha, no way Josè. How about a nice German round instead? At any given point Im at a 2-3 week lead time. No time for any other caliber
