Another post got me thinking that I am woefully unprepared.

In the event of a weapons discharge could anyone recommend an attorney in the Randolph County Area?

Fortunately I have not needed one, yet!

Might also think about a service like USCCA, or CCWSafe who can also help you in that regard. There are others as well.

I will thank you! I was a member of USCCA years ago but admittedly let it lapse when the C bills ate up all the $. I do need to re-enroll!

You will ultimately need one in the county where the event occurred. In Guilford county I keep the numbers of John Bryson of Wyatt Early Harris and Wheeler in my wallet. As he put it, you’ll need someone in that county that rubs elbows and drinks cocktails with the local judges, however, he would be able to get the ball rolling in terms of getting legal help. To that end, perhaps there is a decent sized firm in Asheboro with a criminal atty.

I have a friend in Archdale and the one time I needed an attorney there, I asked him. He quickly came back and said you want the guy that all the cops go to when they need an attorney, Charles Brown.

That asshole got me a failure to appear and a drivers license suspension lol

He seemed like a weasel, but he was highly recommended. I heard a rumor that he used to take cases in exchange for nose candy.

Guys I'm going to give you some advise. Look around at all the attorneys bio's. Then find your self a female attorney that used to be an ada for at least 8 years. In 8-10 years at the da office she will have been in both district and superior court. It is my experience that women that have made it that far are usually on top of stuff. I have never seen an FTA from a female attorney by mistake. They are more organized and usually have a chip on their shoulder.

He has lost a lot of clout in the last few years

Is he the one setting up a table at some of the guns shows?
