I had a few of those 4" Anaconda's in 45 Colt. For several years, I forget which book they were listed in, but it said they only made 11 of them. But I know that is not correct..........................
I’ll take it!
Are those grips on the Wrangler from Altamont? They look great! Not colts, not old, but I do like some wood grips on revolvers, Taurus judge magnum, lcr 357, wrangler 22.
Since I haven’t heard from @ladder13, I’ll take this one.My 66-no dash has target trigger. Previous owner sent it to S&W to have some other work done and had the trigger replaced. I like that trigger. I have the original trigger and receipt showing work done. The side plate screws were loose (as pictured) when I got it years go. Always wondered if S&W did that.
Not sure, bought them off eBay, no numbers or names on them from what I remember. Are those grips on the Wrangler from Altamont? They look great!
Yeah looks the fleur-de-lis pattern for the Ruger XRP frame from AltamontNot sure, bought them off eBay, no numbers or names on them from what I remember.
it's the same grip frame as the New VaqueroWhen I bought them, the wrangler wasn't even on the altamont site. Looked back, bought them from a vendor called Mike's stocks on eBay.

The Standard Catalog doesn’t show that serial number range. If you call S&W, they’ll tell you.Trying to ascertain the date of a Smith 642-1

Outstanding! The NY-1s w/ round butts and bobbed hammer are a fantastic service revolver. With the round butt and bobbed hammer, it'll carry like a snub but make full use of it's ctg. Great find!
Now you must find the Ruger NY-1 GP100s in both 3 & 4 inch.
I hate you!!!!!!!!I was able to pick up a S&W Model 34-1, 22 LR. I got to put a few rounds through it yesterday.
