Dixie Gun Show Raleigh January 18-19

Dixie ... 11/23-24
CE ... 12/21-22
Dixie ... 1/18-19
... 3 in 3 months then a gap of a little over three months ...
Dixie ... 5/2-3
CE ... 6/13-14

There’s a lesser CE show 12/21-22 and the a Dixie a month later? I get pre-Christmas but seems someone be it CE, Dixie or even Fairgrounds management should try and spread it out a little more.

The C&E show has gotten a lot smaller, enough for them to move it out of the Jim Graham building and into the Expo Center. The last Dixie show was pretty packed with people. I generally go to them all, but if I were to miss one, I would miss the C&E show this month.

Unless something comes up, I will be at the Dixie show, probably Saturday morning.

I’m gonna skip the C&E show, but will be at the Dixie. My family always gives me cash for Christmas, and the Dixie show will be a great place to spend it!

I'm going. I heard cubrock is going to sing at halftime.

LOL. I did that once at the January military collector show. A friend was making fun of my singing, so I belted out a rousing rendition of "O, Holy Night." Got a standing ovation.

I will be at the C&E Raleigh show next weekend, but, as of now, won't be at the Dixie show in January. That weekend is double booked with the January Winston show. I'll be in Winston, as it is much closer to home. Since my kids help out at the shows, I have to consider what time I get them home on Sunday nights.

Damn, I was hoping we could do a duet....

Reminder there will not be a CFF table at this weekends Dixie show

I've got to work the p/t job. I will be there Saturday morning for an hour to check out the show.

I’ll be there. UNlike @SDIVER2006 ... (hahaha) I’m HOPING to find a .300blk pistol upper!

probably looking for some ammo cans and some reloading components. I may need to bring a wagon...

I'm hoping to get there around 11-12, depending on how much help's needed at the homestead.

Here now.... Ruger 57's and FN side by side.
I think I like the FN better.

Vendors full house, not too crowded at 10AM
ammo and reloading supplies.

Picasso pawn has nice selection.
Another vendor nice 81BB pistols.

Had nice talk with Mr. Drake the safe builder.

Got there just before 11 and left 10 minutes later. Too crowded, the line to get in was 100+ long. Don’t really need a thing. I hate crowds.

I was on the fence about going, due to the fact that I really don't need anything. either. After reading your comment, I am glad I didn't go.

Crowded, yes, but not bad. Big line took 5 min to pass through. Nothing extraordinary that I saw , although I was tempted on a 3" S&W 36 for under 4 bills (and where DID Prosecutor get to anyway?) .

Mostly very similar to the last show. The $385 AR dealer was there, and things seemed to be selling. Good to see all the peeps out being American . The stun gun sound effects were noted too, just in case anyone was wondering.

I didn't see Mr Rudder there, though I'm usually not the most observant person when at a show, other than noting what's on the tables.
