NC 2nd Amendment Sanctuary Counties - map/updates

In between running calls today, I’m researching each county’s BOC website to see if any / how many counties have resolutions on the agenda.

Today marks a little over a month since this movement really got its feet under it in NC. In that time, 50% of the counties in NC have “gone green”...

Why? Because and only because of folks like yall who have emailed/phoned/visited your commissioners, started 2nd Amendment Sanctuary groups on social media and showed up at BOC meetings to let your voices be heard.

Grassroots...you lit the fires and the fires spread.

You told YOUR local representatives what you believed and what you wanted. Now, whether those commissioners voted “Aye” out of a deep-seated desire to see liberty protected/preserved or whether they did so out of fear of losing their position, YOU spoke and THEY listened, which is exactly how a representative republic is supposed to work.

I’m grateful for every one of ya that put in the time and effort to raise some hell and in so doing, raise some eyebrows...it worked.

The fight is far from over, but suffice to say, those in elected positions have no doubt there is willingness of “the people” to fight.

And that’s the sorta thing that represents a big-assed, orange roadblock to tyranny, with a sign that reads, “NO FURTHER”.

Thought it would look a bit more professional.

Awesome and crisp look on the map and tremendous job on keeping this information current @pee wee and @wsfiredude . Thank you both for your efforts in keeping all of CFF and the state residents updated.

Good points here my friend and all of the efforts have produced favorable results. I posted the messages below in the chat box this am to try and get others to follow this information packed thread.

Is there a way to twist the state so the SC/NC border at Union, Anson, and Richmond counties, is parallel to the boxing?

Looking at it now is triggering my vertigo.

Anything on Mecklenburg?
I’ve sent multiple emails. First two were acknowledged. Third has received no response.

I listed all the email addresses earlier in the thread if you need them.

I’ll send some as well. It’s Mecklenburg county. The emails will most likely fall upon deaf eyes, but worth a shot.

Macon County supposed to decide 2/11/2020 at 6PM.
Show your support any way you can.

It passing in Forsyth is truly the most shocking thing I have seen. We have a D Sheriff, and most of the county is filled with soccer moms and Karens who probably got lost on the way to the meeting to protest because they wanted to see the parking garage gate keepers manager.

List of counties that have not addressed the resolution. I have added county name, resolution on agenda date, and website to link to either board of commissioners, calendar, etc to find the agendas/meetings. Hope this helps.

I was in Kernersville on Saturday waiting for my wife to come out of a store on S main st and i was in awe as 3 of the same Lexus SUV's parked next to each other in front of me and the same type of woman got out of each one, Karens obviously. 2 were the same color and year.

Just heard WRAL report that last night, Yancey Co. became one of "more than a dozen" NC counties to have declared themselves Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties. They mad sure to say that this is purely a "symbolic" gesture by those who feel their 2nd amendment rights will be infringed.

Found out that the board(Carteret) will be actually voting on it the 17th instead of just accepting the topic. So hopefully by nextTuesday we'll be green.
