well I bought the Traeger pro 34 pellet grill I did the burn in this afternoon and plan on doing a Boston Butt tomorrow any tips or tricks
 
Go by temp, not time.
 
Rub it down and smoke it for a couple hours, then cook at 225° til done. I wrap at 165°, you don't have to. Pull between 195-205°... No two roasts are the same. They're done when they're done...
