Bunce Buildings Local triad shed makers, anyone use them? I need a small work shop. Really don’t have time to build it myself. I walked their display yard and did not see anything build wise bothersome. Wondering about longevity.

or any other recommend shed company you might recommend?

I bought a 12x24 from them about 10 years ago. I was really pleased with the entire process from the order to delivery and setup. It has held up very well. They are a little more pricey than a few others I looked at, but I would not hesitate to buy another one from them if I needed one.

I will probably get an 8x16. I'm looking to replace an older smaller shed that houses lawn equipment and get my reloading outside the house. The rain has to stop long enough for the ground to be dry enough for them to deliver.

Load'em cheap, stack'em deep.

Looking for a 14x24. I don’t wanna have to pull permits and deal with the city and build my own shed. I just want to get one on site and start using it.

If you are in forsyth county, even a pre-fab building is supposed to have a permit. (Or so I was told, I have a winston address, but live in Davidson County)

LoL I was told Residential temporary structures do not require permits. If it’s brought in on a truck and set on blocks it’s considered temp.

Sounds good to me, my piece of dirt. I should be able to do what I want without asking permission from the Kings men.
I hope it is, I’m sure my neighbor will call the city on me before the thing is even unloaded :D

Question for you guys that have them, since they build with OSB have you noticed any sagging at all?

Mine has T-11 siding, and I am pretty sure it has plywood sheeting on the roof. I know it has plywood flooring, no sagging what-so-ever on mine

NC State building code requires a building permit for all structures over 144 sq ft, or 12 ft in any dimension. Some localities require a zoning permit for structures smaller than that.

I guess we will figure it out when I buy it.
