No good indeed. Folks on city councils and county boards have just been waiting for something like this to happen to flex their legislative muscles. They have a secret agenda and now the secret is out. Remember them come election time.

Where do these jackwads ever get the idea that by tossing out the word emergency, they all of a sudden have the power to do what is forbidden by the Constitution and even suspend it entirely?

And Fakebook says, "The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed." Perhaps His Supreme Snowflakiness Mark Cuckerberg got his panties in a knot because facts contradicted prevailing group think.

Possibly because I’m not on FakeBook, I got, “The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”
These idiots are producing new gun owners, ammo hoarders and still purchasers.
Have these idiots been able to control opiates, much less grass???

Probably because not on - it does come up for me

They always want to stop the masses from arming in a panic, but in theory those who would be most effective at taking the .gov down during said panic already have their guns and "combustible materials". Or so I've been told. I read a lot of nonsense on the internet.

WHAT THE HELL has my home county done??? Item #9 is the one under discussion, but #8 is pretty chilling as well. I know a lot of folks here don't do the Book of Feces, but take a gander at this...

No good will come of this.

resist, evade, etc...do not comply.

worth repeating again... When tyranny becomes law, rebellion becomes duty.

Wouldn’t take much. Saluda is a fairly rural county.

Apparently it’s been taken off the council web page. Stirred up a hornet’s nest down there :)
But it was replaced with ...
https://saludacounty.sc.gov/sites/default/files/Documents/Emergency Ordinance for COVID-19.pdf
... which includes a gray area line item “l” ...
l. Any and all actions for the preservation of health, safety and welfare of citizens, residents and visitors to Saluda County, South Carolina
... talk about an open for interpretation. I don’t really think it will be hugely abused but if the right person were to have the power and will that line could open up a major problem.

They gonna close the liquor stores?
That's the only thing that is keeping down the murder rate.
Was just in a Wal Mart and there was a metric shit ton of beer there. What floor coolers that didn't have the normal food items were full of beer. There was beer in coolers that I have never seen beer in before.

Lastly. Push a man too far and you will never put the lid back on the can of whoop ass. This shit is gonna get real froggy real fast.
