New from Upstate NY (stationed at Fort Bragg)

Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to CFF.

I lived in Oswego back in the early 80's for a few years.
Loved the people, history and landscape in the area.

I grew up just south of fort drum, about an hour from Canada. Most people consider upstate anything above Albany, but I'm from the real upstate. Tug Hill. The cows outnumber the people. One stop light town I grew up in. Nothing but fields and farms. Love it but don't miss it.

Piss off, yankee. Take your skinny jeans, potholes, bloated government and pathological liberal BS back up north. Hehe, former yankee here too. Well, I’m getting the feeling once a yankee always a yankee as far as emigrants go. Kinda like the once a rifle always a rifle law. But that’s okay, it’s the sacrifice to make to provide a better, more american life for my children, whom I fairly certain get to be classified “southern” for their life.

welcome aboard
