I have a PSA EPT trigger. They are closer to the ALG QMS/ACT triggers. It's a milspec trigger with a cleaned up break. It's not really lighter, but better feeling.

CMC is def a better trigger.

There is a thread somewhere (that I can't find) where folks were replacing some springs on the PSA EPT trigger with those from some other company that supposedly improved it a good bit. For some reason I'm thinking it may have been JP springs, but I'd like to try it if I knew the particulars? If I remember correctly, it was only about a 10-12 dollar fix?

Anybody familiar with it?

I've tried the spring replacement and it def helped. The problem is finding the right spring combo that will still light your primers. If you always shoot the same ammo, then not a problem, but if you shoot different stuff, then you may have a hard time finding springs that help the pull and still give good reliability.

I am pretty sure the OP is talking about PSA's new drop in. I have the ept and for a cheap stock style trigger they are OK. Have not messed with the drop in tho, as was said CMC can be had for a few bucks more. I put a flat 3.5lb POF in this last pistol I built and I really like it.

Yup, that’s the one. Back when I first posted it the sale price was $100 I think.
