Got a call this morning from a driver he had hit the wrong button and opened the back door on one of my trucks. Dumped about 20 yards of trash on Wendover Ave. in Greensboro right beside a nice shopping center. Luckily traffic was minimal since it's a day off for most. Sent a roll off truck out there with an empty can and I went to pick up shovels. What makes it even better is the first cans he dumps in the morning are from Shuler Meats, so old meat that has been sitting out in a hot dumpster since Friday. The smell was delicious, I'm burning these shoes when I get home.

Kinda makes @wsfiredude burying one up to the hubs seem not so bad, huh?

Sorry. I know from Chad how much that sucks.

I’ll have a nice large bourbon in your honor this evening. Good to see people working even if it is a crappy screw up.

Crap man. I'm not that far from there. If you had my number, I don't think you do, I would have ran over there and gave you a hand.

In my defense, the ground was well saturated.;)

That, and coming back to the shop with, “ground was too wet...COULDN’T get the can” just pissed me the hell off.

That sucks.

Some tech at least once a year pops a tailgate without checking in the shop, gets real fun when they did it to run the packer back.

So, @DCGallim were the cops helpful, as in helping with traffic visibility and keeping your guys with shovels safe or were they more concerned with issuing a stupid “citation” to extract hack door revenue for their handlers?

I’d hope for the former, but expect the latter.

They just blocked traffic. If troopers would’ve came out I have no doubt citations would’ve happened.

So this is the "I accidentally deleted the SQL tables" of the workin'mans world.
