This is laughable. They're "residing" is illegal to begin with.

The only way to change policing is to change the laws they enforce. The above advice is good. The changes suggested in the OP may be stupid, but it's how all of this should begin. Police do what they are told by politicians, and that's how it ought to be. They work within the constraints of the law. If the politicians screw up and give the police bad instructions, the police should make sure folks know that they are doing what they are told.
 
If the police can no longer shoot a knife wielding psycho, than you’d better make sure you never do.

The rules for self defense are about to change.

I'll be fine though, my glock is broken and always shoots low and left so I'll end up hitting him in the leg which politicians say is A-OK!
