Hey there. Found this place by way of my husband, @Pynghunter. He took me shooting over the weekend and I'm kinda hooked. When I do something, I tend to go full in.

I grew up in Wake Forest (still live here) and went hunting with my dad every season. Never shot anything, but enjoyed the atmosphere and comradery. Fast forward to pre-teen years and I lost all interest. Husband has always hunted and owned guns. So, here I am now 20 some odd years later and finally interested. Needless to say, he's pretty ecstatic.

Look forward to lurking and learning from you guys...

Thanks. Look forward to learning from anyone and everyone willing to share. But would certainly be helpful for a female point of view every now and then
 
Great to have another woman on here to (try to) keep these awesome dudes in check!

I'm a pretty new shooter, and the guys have helped a LOT in my education.

thanks! My husband told me about you when I started looking around and how well you’ve been treated with your posts and questions made me feel comfortable and encouraged to join.

The guys are great, they do rag on me at times, but I love them very much, and have met quite a few of them. There's a lot of knowledge about many things here. Ask away!
