In order to do that/claim that in most Castle Doctrine states, you have to lawfully be where you are. Standing in the road blocking traffic doesn't fall into that definition by default.

If you watch carefully during the slo-mo at 1:38 he knocks a protester down. She's rolling in the road as he leaves.

What that protesters can't conceive is that they are being tolerated and that the tolerance is growing thin.

Victims havenā€™t got justice in 25 years. Let them out and the legal business gets more lucrative. A man here plea bargained to 12 years for 1st degree murder and the DA calls that a win. He should be out in 8 if he behaves.
