I received the latest recall V2 email this afternoon as well. I will say, I think they’re handling it very well!
Not only did they offer a replacement the first time, now they’re offering you a cash refund if you simply don’t trust your stands. This is something we usually see from higher-priced brands, not the bargain guys. On the other hand, it’s a great way to reduce liability and I’m sure they can pass on a big chunk of that expense to their supplier.
It’s not about whether you have an issue, it’s about how the issue is resolved. This is true for most businesses.
