Alexander County has about 37,000 population. They have quite few murders now compared to the past. Large amount of meth addictions. Seems almost all the violent crime is in that corner of the county. Very large county, very small budget and sheriff force.
 
That's why we have dogs and other "things" in our house. Now I worry about the poor culprit breaking in and not my wife. He may get in but he will have one hell of a time getting out.

There are some nasty worthless bastards out there. I bet he has a rap sheet a mile long too.

Shouldn't be a problem. Those guys with the flashing red lights will come, wrap him in a nice white sheet(yeah,racist, I know), put him on a gurney will wheels on it and roll him right out. See, no problem. ;)

That crime is all about having control over the victim.
We do not need special pharmaceutical cocktail to put down a convict with a death sentence. Once convicted and appeals exhausted, place the condemned into an industrial vacuum chamber, close the lid and press the big red button....WOOSH....WOOSH...WOOSH. Instant vacuum packaged convict. Harvest their organs if they are healthy enough before vacuuming. Show it on live video feeds and sell it with proceeds to the victim families. Problem today is folks are not scared of electricity, hanging, firing squad. What they are scared from is drowning, suffocation and dying in a fire. Yes I am one sick puppy.

Yea I grew up on millersville rd but toward the 16 side. Knew a lot of folks Dow that way.

hope they catch the POS lots of good folks that wanna be left alone down that way.

on the flip side there is a trailer park toward the lumber mill down there that has a lot of questionable folks living in it
 
I live not far from there just on the Catawba side of the river. I’m a very peaceful person...usually. When dealing with trash like this, and I don’t care about race, sex, creed or whatever, I could do unimaginable things and sleep like a baby. Prey on the the young, the old, the weak, I have no use for them and have no problem pulling a lever, a trigger or a flamethrower for that matter. I know the Good Lord said “Vengeance is mine!” but I’d be more than willing to set up the meeting for him and clean part of the dirt off of this rock in a heartbeat! We’ve let criminals and worse take over our country and it’s time to take it back! Someone hurt my family, my kids or worse, my grandkids, it would be a very ugly day when I caught them and be worth the prison time they would give me!

He was staying at an apartment complex 1 minute from my home, two streets away. Last week he was at the new walking trail where lots of women jog and walk thru wooded area. While I was beside the Greenway at Newton Farm Supply visiting friends the police converged in the parking lot and began the search and asked us which way a black male with white hoody headed. We didn’t notice him pass by us so they began cutting off his escape route. I’ve seen him walking on the sidewalk in front of the house.and at the convenience store above our street. I had no idea what he had done.

Remember - rape is usually not about sex. It's a thrill crime that's more about the thrill of imposing will through force with the sex being a bonus. It's a power thing. You don't need a man's equipment to rape somebody - plenty of women rape others with brooms, bats, etc. Castrating a rapist won't fix the problem.
So I have to say that your statement is incorrect - unless by "tools used to commit the crimes" you are referring to his heart and lungs.
 
And yet in this day and age because of liberals through our history have decided reform is the best answer.

Eastern State Penitentiary in Pennsylvania, an example of the Pennsylvania system of prison design. In the late 1700s and 1800s, a strong prison reform movement began to take shape. Instead of only punishing criminals, prisons were now expected to reform them.

The Librals through history have maintained prison is not humane. It's cruel and unusual punishment to lock them up or put them on a chain gang or put them to work in the prison or use the death penalty.

OH but wait! What the hell was so humane about that this low life scum repeat offender did to this poor old lady? Was what he did Cruel and Unusual punishment? Did she deserve to be violated by this life time sex offender. Where is her justice? What about his next victim? Or the first one?

And why do I have to pay taxes for this scum to be locked up for years or life at our expense?
You don't turn them loose and let them do it again, and again.

There must be an end to the insanity.
