Because words are hard. Obviously the reviews have some very clear winners. PRB "What the Pros Use" has a ton of useful information, reviews, etc. with side by sides. Curious on first hand experience with the CFF peeps. Looking mostly for recoil management on follow up shots for a PRS style chassis gun setup.

Whatcha like out there?

That seems to be one of the most popular.
Little Bastard and Area 419 Hellfire lead the pack of brakes.

The APA Gen 3 Lil Bastards have tunable ports. Supposed to completely eliminate muzzle rise and maintain a steady sight picture.
Been looking at one for a while. I should just go ahead and buy it so I can delete the bookmark. :D
10% off first order if you give them an email, iirc.

419 Hellfire is a beast. Straight line recoil and reduce recoil. But you don't want to be next to it. Got it on a 6mm and a 6.5mm creed. Gonna try it on my 300wm.

419 hellfire or the lil bastard. I like the 419 but both work great.

I have a 6.5 with the 419 brake. It is damn near unbearable to be next to it. I let my dad shoot it from a bench when I was prone next to him and the air kept pushing my shirt up my back - felt like I was riding a motorcycle.. BUT it does it's job great just like TSconver said - straight back. Watching impacts is an amazing thing (or catching the splash!).

My Sandman L is out of jail so I am switching everything to the Dead Air Keymo brake/mount. Those did fine on my LMT 308 but not comparable to the new brakes today.
