BLM Rally in the Valley

Is it me, or do these two look photoshopped into this picture? Maybe it’s just the bullhorn cord that makes the one on the right look like that. The left one looks odd as to me.

I doubt there's enough marijuana west of Hickory to support much of a crowd heading to Maggie Valley!

Okay, we are good friends, so I will be easy on you, but...

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING??

Have you been to Asheville in the past thirty years?

You’d be wrong.

I'm old and easily confused. What I meant to say was "A sizable crowd of that ilk would require more marijuana than could be supplied in the short-term west of Hickory." Just as they'd have to bus in many more BLM folks in order to have such a rally, they'd have to bus in the MJ to support such a crowd.

Please post a photo of that rally. Ain’t no black folk in Maggie Valley. Well maybe 2 families.
What the liberal virtue signalling white BLM activist don't realize is that they are being laughed at by the real BLM'ers. Cause... they're not black.

No matter how much they cry and scream and shout, they've never lived the life of a black person. All they are doing is exercising their white privilege to culturally re-appropriate someone else's suffering.

It’s just goes to show how easily these liberal band camp and skateboard kids can be manipulated into taking up the causes they have never been associated with. It goes like this- “ yeah this real. I was treated bad in school because I was weird so I feel their pain.” Any reason for the weirdo young to scream and shout not for black people but to the world in general.

Ok, seriously. Maggie Valley? Here's the demographics of Haywood County from 2010. I doubt it changed much in the last ten years.

I think the BLM crowd’s message is to the whites, not the blacks, so what better place to start than at a near all white area.

Ive never even tried it.

Me neither, though the guy at the end of the road grew it. We ran into his plants on occasion, even got offered it by him a couple times. He was a friendly guy. He is also the guy who proved to me that potheads can do really stupid things when they are high. Maybe not all of them, but it sure released his inhibitions.

When I worked in an office building years ago, there was a water cooler conversation about doing weed in your teens/college. About ten people were in it. Everyone was sharing their first time stories and finally they asked me for mine. “Never done it.” I replied. Couple of them got all incredulous and didn’t believe me. Our personnel manager, who knew me best out of the lot of them said, “Oh, I believe him.” And that ended that.

I’ve done some stupid stuff and some not so stupid stuff, but I’ve never tried any illegal drugs and I’ve never smoked a cigarette. Just have no desire. Tried Skoal Bandit when I was ten. Lasted about five seconds and couldn’t believe people liked putting that crap in their mouths. LOL

You've never had alcohol?

I agree. But wouldn't you want to spread the message somewhere else? Who is their right minds would assume that 624 black folks choosing to live among 58, 412 non-black folk in a rural community were oppressed?

By the way, the protesters have this all wrong. No good demographics for Haywood County, so I got the census info for industry and population for NC. Asians, who make up about 2.2% of the population, are dominating the managerial fields as far as salaries go. So shouldn't the protesters be marching in the Chinatowns of this country? It's the Asians who are keeping the black man down! (Note to mods: This is a derivative from a factual statement, and is not meant to be racist in nature.)

Yes, I have. Also smoke cigars every now and again. Edited my post to add "illegal" before drugs.

For that matter, sugar is a drug, by the technical definition.

Depends on how old you were when you first drank alcohol as to whether it was illegal or not.

It’s pretty obvious you’re not getting the BLM message as presented as well as a ever shrinking number of whites that think blacks have no cause for protest. Just look at the photos and see there is more than a black issue at hand but be certain there is a change in America in the near future like we have never seen.

On the off chance my post came off as self-righteous, it was not intended to be. It was intended to be some self-debasing humor when a largely boring childhood met some more typical, youthful wild oats. :D

50 white people and 2 black people. Do these white skateboarders and pink/blue haired weirdos think black people want them polluting their cause? They don’t. It’s makes about as much sense as a man saying he feels the pain of child birth.
