i did not call 811 recently.
I was digging a mailbox post and at about 2'6" down I found some thick black plastic conduit. it happened to be near a utility pole. So... Now my mailbox and the concrete supporting it are at 2' deep.

Bodies need to be buried deeper than that, so make sure you call first.

Hmmm ... wonder if investing in stock of shovel manufacturing companies might be a good idea?
