help me pick a color LOL

I have a sig p365 that is fde from the factory. the slide is some goofy finish that marks really easily. I want to get just the slide refinished but thinking about a different color so it doesn't have to match the fde grip frame. any ideas of a good color for the slide?

If this is a carry gun, it don’t matter. The slide on my G43 is about eight different colors of whatever that finish is on Glocks after riding on my belt and in my pocket through four years of NC seasons.

I also have a G48 with that funky silver slide finish when they first came out. Butt ugly, but about a third of it is worn off, and it don’t care.

But seriously, if you get it cerakoted, it will rub off if it is a carry gun. If it is not a carry gun then make it look like you want. I hate that my carry guns are ugly, but honestly, I don’t look at them except to see if there is a round chambered and to blow the pocket lint out of the barrel.

Pretty much....that coupled with 10 hours hard labor in the yard today, and now I'm sucking down Natty Lites like somebody's gonna take them from me. I know, Natty Lite, but I'm saving up for synthetic cornea's.

Good luck getting them straightened out. I’ve had a bunch of surgeries and can still shoot, but I told my wife if it had been 100 years ago she’d be married to a blind old man.
 
I think Sigs have the worst finish of any gun, they scratch up of you look at them wrong. So, I would definitely vote for coating the slide. And while you’re at it, you may as well get a cool color or pattern too. Here’s some of mine
