Help identifying projectiles

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with these black 308 projectiles. I picked them up in an odd lot of bullets at a gun show this weekend and I can't find any info on them.

They are not magnetic.

They are .308 diameter, 148 grains.

Are they moly coated?

Maybe from Black Bullets International?

Just look like a lead bullet powdered black.

They're not moly coated or powder coated. It looks almost like an anodized finish. Almost translucent but they're not tarnished. I can scratch the finish off and see a copper jacket underneath.

If you see copper underneath sounds like they are just tarnished. Scrub them with lemon juice and salt and see.

Lemon juice and salt had very little effect. I really don't think it is tarnish. The color is too black.

I agree with @DickFord , those are moly coated.

Reading that article and looking at the picture I think you may be correct.

They aren't magnetic because I believe they are made of depleted uranusium.
