It looks like a privet but its the wrong color.
 
I didn’t read the whole Wiki but these don’t have any flowers or berries as mentioned in the Wiki. Just green leaves that the suburban deer like to munch on.

I dunno Dennis. I’m thinking close but no cigar due to the shape of the leaves. The color variation doesn’t really matter in my mind but wth do I know.

Variegated Privet is what I’m going with
 
Try using an app called ‘picture this’. I use it to identify all kinds of plants around my place. I am no expert so if it spits out something incorrect on a plant I don’t know, I won’t know I guess. But it was right on all the trees and bushes I tested it on that I do know.
