while I understand the sentiment, this could have well been someone that intended to do harm on a train... Its the nature of the world we live in today... the PoPo were doing their jobs.They saved us all from the bad man with some ammo and a couple of guns.
Like it or not, the man was stupid... he had to know that the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia has some of the toughest (albeit the most ridiculous) gun laws in the USA... to take that kind of stuff on a passenger train in a duffel bag, then get busted pissing on the sidewalk doesnt indicate a high intelligence quotient.
