If they lay down in front of the doors, I hope someone runs over their asses with one of them carts that has a stuck wheel.

Yeah, a skidmark!

I wish I had known. I would have gone to the local Publix and ordered a Cuban Sandwich for lunch.

A tip for Cuban sammich lovers. Have them a make a Mojo Pork sub and add ham, then the Cuban sandwich toppings. Toast. Unfortunately they don't do a press anymore.

When I lived in Valrico, Fl they would press them with butter and honey for you.
Try that at home sometime :D
 
They opened a new Publix right by my house. It is nice. And usually a lot higher priced on everything. I mean everything. I go there for a last mintue loaf of bread or small things. They are a rip off. So if they go commie they will be easy to boycott for me.

I might have to notify them that I’m going to suspend being a shopper there. Too bad, it is a nice store. Much better than Food Kitty and not as big a rip off as tweeter-wheeter. Instead of caving, they should have forcibly removed these asshats from the store(s)
 
How 'bout the next time I need my afternoon nap I go in and make myself comfortable in the produce section where it's nice and cool and where I can make a small bed of lettuce and use the assorted greens as a pillow. Wonder hoe quick I'd be arrested???
 
Damn! Now I have to reconsider my buying habits, yet again. It seems like every other day I'm supposed to boycott a different business.

They do have excellent chocolate milk. And those sammiches and their fried chicken ain't bad either.

A nice cart full of groceries would leave a mark if you accidentally rolled it over one of the D-Bags fingers. Then realized you passed the item you were looking for.

Where is it supposed to go?
Whose account is it to be deposited in?

These are answers that could rise a lot more questions and answers about who is behind this etc
 
I followed a link in the article and it says that they have "suspended" political donations. It didn't mention the attempt by the D-Bags to extort cash from Publix.

This garbage is straight out of the Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton playbook.

They just opened 2 close by the house....one about 10 min away and the other about 15 min away. I will inform them I will no longer shop at any of their locations if they can’t deal with a teenager tweeting his opinions on their business.

I just don’t get it. I really don’t. The news cycle has moved on, and a couple dozen kids laying on the floor in 2 locations in Florida causes a corporate policy shift?

My step-moms Mom had a power scooter. 93 yrs old, she'd bounce off stuff all the time in the store knocking it over. She'd lift up her non-throttle hand, wave, and say sorry! and keep on going.
Oh yeah she'd run right up to these snowflakes and tell them they're in the way. She was an awesome gal from the old days. I miss that girl...
 
Looks to me like their 'peaceful' protest was impeding customers and affecting business for the store.

My mom had a way of dealing with stuff like that.

When my brother and I were kids and either of us decided to cut up/act a fool in church, if my dad was working and mom had us, my mom would grab our ear between her thumb and forefinger. She'd take us out of the sanctuary and tear our little arses up.

Once she latched onto your ear, the fun and games came to an abrupt halt.

Same here and when dad got home if he decided we needed a little more he took off the leather belt he made himself and stuck out his hand.
You took ahold of his arm and he yours and we had a dance lesson.
 
I sent an e-mail to Publix this morning.

I advised them in a polite manner that they could JOLLY WELL EFF OFF as long as they are gong to cave in to the demands of the junior extortionist.
