a Zombie match huh?? Gee looks like someone is trying to do what I HAVE BUILT, without even having the common courtesy of speaking with me about it. Since I created ZSA 8 years ago, and the trademark is MINE, I would strongly suggest that whatever you do is as far removed from ZSA as possible. Wish you great success with your matches, BUT please note that any infringement on my sport without my written consent will not go over real well.

With all due respect, I do not usually have personal conversations in a public forum and no desire to get into an online argument with you so this will be my only response to your comments. I understand your concern over a "ZSA" trademark if that is in fact registered, I will take your word for it. I know the background and I assure you I have no interest in using "ZSA" in any way shape or form in promoting any match at our facility so your request to stay away from "ZSA" is my pleasure as I would much prefer to promote our own brand. That said, I do not need anyone's permission to have a theme match whether it is a Charity, Halloween, Birthday, or Zombie match. I am sure you have noticed online there are a lot of Zombie matches all over the country and as far as "ZSA" is concerned ours will be just another one of those, all be it a great one!
