SWEET! TSA FINALLY GOT ONE! WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!

18 years ago TSA was formed when this kid was born...almost as if they were preparing for this singular moment in history when the fates would bring them together.

Well, duh, he walked into a store, presented his FOID card and bought it.
No, wait, he ordered on the Internet, no bs kgtound check required. Or maybe he bought it at a gun show, you know with that glaring loophole.

Poster child example of how effective the background check system is at keeping guns out of the hands of those who shouldn't have them.
 
And somehow this guy has something to do with me.
 
The photo of this kid makes me wonder just how much of a hardened criminal he really is, he looks like a posterboy for the USMC.

He can't be that stupid, can he? Perhaps he was doing this to further the push for more gun control in exchange for a family member getting a lighter sentence?
 
Judge denied him bond due to parole violation and pending charges.
 
I am not speaking of this 18 year old only ... what are the chances some plea will be given and a repeat offender of existing firearms laws is given a lighter, if not misdemeanor only, sentence for the two criminal acts mentioned in the article? If they court system, both prosecutors and judges, doesn’t enforce current laws on the books but choose to plea quite a few away what good would new latest and greatest laws people are coming up with what are the chances they’ll enforce the new ones?

They'll enforce them against people who didn't commit crimes before the latest & greatest new gun laws passed, making them felons retroactively.

They're not worried about gang members shooting each other & bystanders in the slum. They're worried about people who know something about the Constitution.
