Do any of youalls use Chewy. com?

Their customer service is un believable...
I don't know how they make money.

We got a box once, another box in the package punched a hole in the dog food bag. We called them to says so, and let them know their packaging person could use some training.. " oh no, we're sorry. We're sending out another bag, kept the one that's broke.

Just last night my wife called that Scotty can't eat the food we just ordered, it was delivered 2 days ago. And can we return it.
" oh no, we're sorry, we'll credit you $43 , go ahead and keep the food.."

Un believe able ....

My wife recently started using chewy.

She hasn't needed customer service yet. But thanks for sharing.

We use it. I agree that CS is great, but I think it will go under. We’ve had multiple instances of them sending duplicate orders, or sending us a case of treats when we ordered a bottle.

They definitely need guidance on packaging. A single strip of tape isnt going to securely hold a 50lb bag of food or cans when fedex is involved. Ive had several that were busted open and missing or damaged items. I told the wife no more chewy. Not worth the hassle.

Same type of experience here.

Did you call them?

We use them for non-perscription 99% of the time. Yes, the packaging could be better but they make it right.

Just tried two reoccurring perscription orders. Saved a good bit of $$.

I've used them and the product delivery is spotty. Most of the time it's ok other times the stuff is damaged. As far as they might go under Chewy, Inc. is an online retailer of pet food and other pet-related products, is a subsidiary of PetSmart.

Ive been a happy customer for years.

Yep, they are the best.
Free shipping I think at a $50 order.
We had a bag of food burst in the box and they did the same for us. They replaced the bag and asked if maybe we would donate the busted bag to the animal shelter.

No problems with chewy here......been using them for 4 years or so.

Been using them for a couple years, killer service. Not to mention the food shows up when we need it. No more "oh crap the dogs don't have food" late night trips to petsmart.

Love, love, LOVE Chewy.com. We have our dog's food on Autoship and that saves us a bit of $$ and his food shows up on time. This is important to him since he is a Lab (all dogs love food, but our Lab REALLY Loves food!). He no longer has to fear that his nice, but sometimes dim staff will forget to pick up his required bag of kibble on time forcing him to have a late supper! :D

but our Lab REALLY Loves food!

No pup loves food more than our Scotty.. I'll have to get a video of his freeking out, waiting for his treats.
We've taught him a few tricks and he goes thru all of them hoping one of them will produce. with growling, leg twitching and whole body shivvering thrown in for good measure.
If he wore pants, he'd pee them.

My wife and I use them quite a bit for food and medicine. We have not had an issue with any damage yet. We only dealt with the customer service once when we ordered a dog crate that was significantly larger than we thought so we tried returning it and they just refunded the money and asked us to donate it to a foster house or shelter.

My wife has been using them for almost a year. She likes them a lot. Yes, there have been some delivery problems but that seems more on FedEx’s end and not Chewy’s.

There must be a great margin built into the price of pet foods. I know a guy that drives a delivery truck to a lot of the retail stores. Dog food only. He says that they figure in a good percentage as damaged goods per load. Torn, scratched, or ripped bags get culled upon delivery and ride back to the warehouse. Policy there was that they couldn’t be sold but they could be taken home.

Customer service is a tried and trued business foundation. Bernie and Arthur made Home Depot on similar “unbelievable” principles. Now one of them owns an NFL team and the other has one of the largest aquariums named after him in recognition for his $250M donation. That ain’t by luck.

I don’t understand why more entities don’t embrace the concept.
