CZ P-09 This is nice

Im a 1911 guy, but this is a nice shooter. My shooting partner has one and recently had a dot sight installed on his CZ and couldn't get to hit squat today at the range. I asked him if he zeroed on it a bag first and I all got was excuses and him saying " I got this". 30 min later of me telling him to bag the gun and adjust his sights, he gets this LED bore sighter out his bag and he fiddles with it for another for another 15 min. He still cant hit squat with it. He's done listening to me tell him how much he sucks as a shooter and hands me the gun and tells me, " Here, hot shot, you do it." I put this CZ on a bag and fire 3 shots at 20 yards. Hes looking at the target and tells me I missed the last two. I laugh and say lets take a look. That CZ shot 3 rounds thru the same hole, it was a perfect clover leaf, just a very tight one.
This Is a nice gun, I really like it and wish I could afford another.
My shooting friend is no slouch, hes an honest B shooter in USPSA, but hes hard headed sometimes.

They are inherently very accurate guns, from what I understand.

I have 2 of them, one in 9mm one in .40. What you have heard about their accuracy is 100% true, most accurate guns Ive ever owned. I don't shoot mine much anymore as Ive moved to a Sig 320 X5 for the matches I shoot since absolute accuracy isn't critical. But if I were to take up bullseye shooting, my 9mm P-09 is what I would use.

I understand why you went with the SIG.. I knew nothing about that pistol so I looked it up ? That's a comp ready gun with plenty of mags included, nice choice..
