Led me to buying a Glock G45. So I'm doing my best to keep it local, and small business. I had a shotgun on my mind, went to my local store. Really small without a lot of inventory. The only place I could find this shotgun was online, so I went in and offered him to order it. He couldn't find it, and told me to order it where I'd seen it, they have his FFL on file, and he'd do the transfer, no hard feelings.

So, shotgun comes in, I go to pick it up and am looking at his pistols he has for sale. I see this G45 and ask to handle, fondle, feel upon, whatever. Feels really nice, way better than my G19, G40, G20, G29 and so on, but it's priced at $475. I'm thinking that I handled a G48, but I didn't like the two tone, so I passed. But I know this G45 should be more than $475. New, in the clamshell, unfired, 3 mags, yada yada yada. So, a day after the impulse, what have I done? I'm really excited about the feel, have yet to carry it, it fits my G19 holsters and holds two more rounds. Is there something about this pistol I don't know? No night sites, but 3 17 round magazines.

Man that is a good price on that G45, I been lusting after one for awhile now. I just can't justify replacing my G19 is the only reason I have not "pulled the trigger".

Honestly, besides my wifes G43, it's the first Glock that feels good in my hand. I love my G19, but to me, my trigger finger feels 3/8 of an inch too short. (jokes expected, carry on).

I’m confused, you listed different glock models you own but said beside the 43 it’s the first glock that feels good in yours hands? Why don’t you try a different manufacture?

I just had the joy of putting skin on one at the Charlotte show, and I kinda liked it. Maybe end up getting one? I dunno. 475 was a smoking deal.

I have several other makes and models of pistols. All the Glocks I have, I have because, well, they are 10mm. I bought the G19 on a whim a year or so ago because it seemed to be the most popular handgun of all time. I can shoot it, but it's not as comfy as this G45.
