The Official What Food Are You Bringing To The Meet & Greet

We are about a month out from the 2nd Annual Battery Oaks/Carolina Firearms Forum Meet & Greet. We are getting excited down here in Conway and can't wait to see you all.

Early Saturday morning, a breakfast will be provided for those that spend Friday night and those that get there real early on Saturday.

We are asking for you to bring something to share for the mid-day meal. Billy and Ronnie Sue have Randall making his famous ham bog again this year. In this thread, please state what you plan to bring. This way everyone can see what others plan to bring and we won't end up with 25 of the same thing.

We have all paper plates, bowls, knife, fork, spoon, paper towels, cups, covered. There is no need to bring any of those. We do ask that you bring your own preferred beverage but there may be some tea available.

There will be limited refrigerator space so you may want to plan on bringing a cooler for your dish if necessary.

Starting below, please let us know what you plan on bringing to share.

I’m gonna bring stuff to rot your teeth after the meal.

I wont be doing a food, but can bring a cooler or two of assorted sports drinks, soft drinks and bottled water.

Brownies and chicken salad

I’ll bring the pellet smoker and a couple butts. I’ll keep them in a cooler Friday during the day and put them on the smoker Friday evening before I leave for the night. I’ll coordinate with someone to check the pellet level before they go to bed (probably @Johnny if he’s staying on site) and I’ll be back by sun up on Saturday morning to help with breakfast

Hash brown casserole and something sweet.

Dessert.

And some kind of blueberry coffee cake dessert thingy I think

I called fruit mix yesterday at B. Oaks. I'll be down Friday afternoon/early evening and I'll keep it in a cooler if RS has no fridge space. It can be used for breakfast and/or lunch.

Mexico was awesome in the 50s and 60s. Va. was not good to me. LoL. Now I'm happy in NC, and in SC when I visit friends!
