TTAG says this was just posted in the last 24hrs. I dont know. Lots of folks say he cant get elected now with all the dirt flying around. Again, I dont know but anyhow he's removed all doubt about his stance on MSR's and the 2A for that matter. Scary stuff.

"Reduce stockpiling of weapons. In order to reduce the stockpiling of firearms, Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may purchase per month to one."

Honestly, this would probably save me a lot of money over the long term. But it will never pass.

He was a dull blade decades ago.

"Joe Biden knows that gun violence is a public health epidemic."

Joe, you don't know diddly.
  1. Violence may be too common, yes, but there is no such thing as gun violence. Violence is a behavior. Behaviors are exhibited by certain living things. Guns are inanimate.
  2. Violence is not a disease; it is a behavior. An epidemic is a widespread disease outbreak. There may be a sort of an epidemic of hysterical insanity among "progressives", but there is no such thing as an epidemic of violence.
  3. Violence is not a public health issue. It may be a moral issue; it may be a social mores issue; it may even be a form of mental health issue as it relates to the lack of proper family structure, or of proper parenting structure, but violence is no public health issue.
The attempt to frame firearms as a public health hazard dates back to the Cook/Ludwig "studies" of the 1990s, which were concocted out of the Pete Shields school of finding an acceptable 'academic' way to construct anti-gun arguments in an acceptable format. It didn't work then, and it has been largely abandoned since (except by the CDC, which can't figure out a better way to get grant monies from us taxpayers to endlessly study the more negative facets of human nature as if they were anomalies.)

TL;DR -- Biden is still living in his heyday as Chairman/Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee in the '80s and '90s. His time has not only passed; it never really was.

Remember, this jagoff is the one responsible for pushing the federal Gun Free Zone law. It's worked out perfectly....for mass shooters.

Passed with no problems in CA. However you've got to get rid of private sales first and get a waiting period instituted so they can verify you're not over quota. Exceptions for .gov and LE of course.

So, one a month, 12 a year is not stock piling but more than one a month, 13 or more a year IS stockpiling? o_O

Always have to grant an exception for the ruling classes.

Going to be tough on supply officers to only purchase one firearm per month.

I thought his plan was to buy a shotgun ???
