Congrats brother seems like it wasn’t long ahi you posted the gender reveal hard to believe that much time past so quickly.

As @wsfiredude said take plenty of pictures, you will not believe how fast time speeds up.

Funny thing was the Doctor ask "would you like to deliever her?" Thinking he was joking, I said "sure! I'll try anything once" "Great, suit up" the Doc said. "haha..oh..uh. you are seriously because I brought my catcher mitt (walks over and pulls out my catchers mitt)"

1. Keep a camera on you at all times and take lots of pictures. Years from now, you'll be sitting there, looking through all those photos you took. It will make you both sad and happy at the same time, but I guarantee you'll be glad you snapped all those pics.

It still hasn't sunk in completely that I'm a Dad. It's just wild. It's funny to watch my Dad who has been a big hard a** in my life become a big baby.

Thank you, Dad and I were talking about when we would take her out for her first shooting experience.

Wife and I were just talking about that yesterday. 9months just went by to fast. Just thinking back I remember 21...blinked and I turned 31.
 
Congrats to you both and enjoy it they grow up fast as others mentioned and time has seemed to speed up even more since my 3 kids have come along. First 6 mths are tough but you get threw it best you can on minimal sleep and anyone with kids understands the fun times. As for grasping that your a dad it took me a little bit but that first night or two of no sleep really helps drive it home. Best advice you and the wife is sleep in shifts for a little while if you can till you develop a routine if not you both get worn down very quickly.

Well then...….now that you have discussed it there is something you need to do like right now before you forget it. Go ahead and order her a lifetime NC sportman's hunting and fishing license before she is 30 days old. It will never be cheaper and she'll remember you for that the rest of her life.

And you owe me one thing sir...….always remind her that it was her Uncle Brangus' idea. I hope I'm still around when she joins and I can make her a moderator here on CFF. :D:D

I called m Grandad and told him about the price change, as I didn't know. He wanted to get it for her first birthday but told him about the cost difference. He went and got it today :)

She lost 13% of brith weight, which is a big deal. Mom's milk had not come in until yesterday. So trying to get her to gain weight. I was feeding her via a small tube tape to my pinky and using a syringe. Let me tell you, as most know, how hard a baby can suck is just mind blowing. She would suck the syringe down her self (20ml). I'm like "you go girl!" Then she goes in to the milk comma stage. Today we went back and she had gain 2.5 oz in a day. God is great and amazing.
 
Congratulations ! Spend lots of time with her. Sometimes it will be tuff but it pays off later ,she will be Daddy's girl.

Mine is turning 21 in May and love her very much, and she loves me the same.

My oldest is getting ready to turn 7 and I see her like the day we brought her home.

Congratulations! She is one cute little button. Do both of you a favor and take plenty of pictures of "mom and dad" for her. My wife and I have very few pictures of our parents but plenty of pics of us as kids. It would be wonderful to have some more pictures of them (they are all gone now) and less of us.
 
I envy you (said with a tear in my eye). Mine is 27 and I miss holding her on my chest. But then my almost 2 year old grandson has taken her place there (but he crawls all over pop pop).
Go immediately and start an education fund for her. Put into it regularly and that will take some of the sting out of college.
 
Enjoy your gift from God and they grow to fast.

Yes someday you will go from Daddy to dirt bag in one second but this to will pass.
 
Oh my! So sorry I missed the begining of this but, glad to see the little angel is doing so well.

haha oh we do! The roof was a pain, until I broke down and read the directions..... *gives man card*
