Parking space killer sentenced to 20 years

Probably a duplicate, but I didn't find this posted elsewhere. Michael Drejka was sentenced yesterday.

Lessons: don't shoot people who present no imminent threat to you or other innocent people. Even if their girlfriends are jerks who park in handicap spots and even if they've just knocked you over because you yelled at their jerk girlfriends. Also, probably best not to yell at the jerk girlfriends in the first place.

Also, don't park in handicap spots if you're not handicapped. Jerk.

The HC parking spot was not signed and painted up to the standard, sign missing and faded paint.

Agreed. The victim in this case definitely committed a crime and I sure hope he would have been charged if he hadn't been killed.

Also: 47 isn't old. I'm not just saying that because I'm 47.

CCW doesn't make you the police, no authority to enforce parking rules... Some people are just looking for a fight.
