Upon your arrival, you will need to sign the liability waiver. It doesn't matter is you signed one last week, everyone will sign one. This is the time that you will get your ticket for the door prizes. And, we have a lot of nice door prizes to give away.

Friday we will need to move the rimfire falling plate target and move a couple of other things. Then, the range will be ready. This should only take a few minutes with some good help.

Also on Friday, we will set up the B/S/T tables and place a few chairs around. You might want to bring a folding chair with you.

Friday afternoon around 4PM we will go and visit with @Michael458 and tour his facility.

Saturday morning, breakfast at 8AM.

Unfortunately, I'll be camping that weekend.

@Brangus will be greeting you and signing you up the first thing after your arrival. This is when you'll get your door prize tickets. If someone will volunteer to help Shelton with this, it would be great.

Thank you @Geezer !!

It would be a tremendous help if someone can volunteer to assist me with this duty so we can keep people moving and not have to wait. PM me if you are willing to help.

And as I posted in another thread today:

Signing yo' waiver is FUST…........... Work with me here people so I can fulfil my assigned duties as a Battery Oaks Greeter and Signer-Upper !!

Eating, shooting, catching up with everyone, BST, etc., all come next.

We're all gonna have an awesome time and go home safely after another record breaking event.

Thank you @Geezer !!

We now have two more volunteer Battery Oaks Signer-Uppers to assist me in this very important effort so everyone can have a safe, fun, and structured time of Carolina Firearms Forum fellowship at this annual event.

@Amps 13 and @Millie have joined up with Brangus to pull this off and we're looking forward to seeing everyone down at the Battery Oaks. ** Please be sure to see one of us FIRST as you arrive on site to participate in this event. **
Thanks Amps 13 and Millie !

Glad there will be more than one helper, y'all know how I love shooting! lol. And gabbing.....

I may not arrive until late late Friday...did I see something about gates closing at 9pm?
No worries, arrangements can be made. You'll get it in.

My wife and I will be heading down Friday evening after work which will put us getting in around 10-11pm so we’re going to get a room as close as we can, we are planning to make the breakfast Saturday morning.
Last year, I booked some fleabag in Conway. The prices seemed crazy to me; for rooms with carpet your feet stick to. You might wanna do some research in advance.

Oh, no, I hope the Budget Inn isn't one of those sticky-carpet places! I guess I'll find out Saturday! If it turns out to be awful, I'll just drive on home.....lol.

@Jeppo forgot to say that the carpet was sticky after he checked out.

I’ll be there around 8:30pm so I hope not

Debating hanging a hammock around the porch or just throwing a sleeping bag on it.

The sheets are probably clean but I bet that comforter has a better juice selection than Tropicana.

Since I stayed in that sticky-carpet motel a decade or more ago, I now travel with my own pillow, and use a sleeping bag liner! The comforter gets immediately taken off the bed and folded up, and put far away from where I am! I've worked as a hotel maid, you do not want to know some stuff. lol.

How will I know if I do? :)

Don't mind me; I'm just bumming I didn't see this in time to get a sit-down job.

Oh I assure you my wife will find the cleanest place within an hour of Billy’s place lol

Comfort Suites is where @old bear has always stayed. He likes it! 10 minutes away. Also, the new camp ground down 90 is really nice! Some of our Alumni have stayed there and really liked it. Several are there this time. Coastal Pines or Carolina Pines..something like that. They have individual cabins...nice.

Small as you are you can sleep in one of the hanging baskets

Is there an easy way to offer a small "time card" at the waiver table??

I think it would be handy to have a way to record ones time(s) on the Wizard and Subpoena. It allows everyone to easily record their first times/par times and use it as a reference for future engagements.

(name here) TIME CARD

WIZARD DRILL
3 yds _______
5 yds _______
