Think this is the 3rd or 4th time I've taken the class and had a fun time again with some unexpected real world applications. At least it was unexpected for me because I don't watch the news or the weather. We got rained on alot. Mags were very finicky releasing when practicing reloads requiring some of us having to strip rather than rely on gravity and mud and grass got all up in them when they hit the ground. For me things were slick and tacky which complicated drawing while wearing a rain jacket. I'm definitely seeing some improvement in myself as stuff I used to think about are moving to muscle memory territory which unfortunately exposed other things to work on now like acquiring my sights after drawing instead of point shooting. When on a timer, everything goes out the window when that thing beeps and that's when muscle memory kicks in, lol, so practice practice practice. We had all skill levels from someone shooting for the first time to experienced shooters and we all had something to learn.
